What is a targeted revision?

A resend that reaches the people whose information actually changed, rather than the whole distribution list.

How does CallSheet know who is affected?

It compares the planned revision with the published call sheet, then starts with affected people selected for notification. You review that selection before publishing. Publication updates the shared crew page.

Can I still send to everyone?

Yes. The affected list is the default, not a restriction. Add anyone back before sending.

Why does a full-crew resend cause problems?

It can ask people to recheck information that has not changed for them. Review the affected-recipient selection and each recipient's response to the revision you actually issued.
