Terms of Use
Effective September 12, 2026
The service
CallSheet helps production teams create, distribute, and track call sheets. You are responsible for reviewing every call sheet for accuracy before sending it and for obtaining permission to use recipient contact information.
Subscriptions
CallSheet Pro can be bought two ways, and either one covers the same account. In the iPhone, iPad or Mac app you buy it from Apple. On the web you buy it from CallSheet, and we charge your card through Stripe, our payment processor. Building a call sheet and exporting its PDF are free either way, and the free PDF carries a small Made with CallSheet line; a subscription removes the line and lets you send the sheet to your crew.
A first CallSheet Pro subscription may include a 7-day free trial, on the monthly or the annual plan. It is one offer rather than one per plan, so an earlier CallSheet Pro subscription uses it up whichever plan or platform it was on. After the trial the plan renews automatically, at the price shown to you when you subscribed plus any tax, until it is canceled.
Bought in the iPhone, iPad or Mac app. Payment is charged to your Apple Account and introductory-offer eligibility is determined by Apple. The subscription renews unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Apple handles refunds for anything bought from Apple; CallSheet cannot issue them.
Bought on the web. Cancel at any time from the Subscription screen, under “Change card or cancel”, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Canceling stops the next charge and leaves the subscription running to the end of the period you have already paid for. Periods already paid for are not refunded, including one that has only just begun — the free trial is there so you can decide before paying anything. None of this limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
Acceptable use
Do not use CallSheet to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or harmful material; impersonate another person; probe the service; or interfere with other accounts or links.
Availability
The service is provided as available. Email delivery, mobile networks, and third-party systems can fail or change. Keep an independent copy of time-critical production information.
Account deletion
Deleting your account permanently removes its cloud call sheets, recipient links, and associated delivery history.
If you subscribed on the web, deleting the account also cancels that subscription and removes the card held for it. If that cancellation cannot be confirmed with Stripe, the account is kept rather than deleted, so you are never left paying for an account that no longer exists; try again, or write to support. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription — Apple settles those, and they are canceled through Apple.
Changes
Material changes to these terms or the privacy policy will be reflected in the app and public policy pages with a new effective date.
