Questions about Private crew call sheet links.

What is a private crew link?

A private address issued for one recipient that opens the shared published call sheet and records responses through that link. Anyone holding the link can open it, so keep it confidential. It does not mean other people on the call sheet are hidden.

What happens when the call sheet changes after I send it?

Publishing an update changes the shared crew page, while you choose who receives a new email. Draft edits alone do not change the published page. Review the affected-recipient selection before publishing.

Can I see who actually read it?

You can see recorded opens and explicit responses per recipient. An open is not proof that someone read or understood the document; follow up directly when that matters.

Does the crew need the app to open a private link?

No. The link opens in any browser on any device. Only the producer building and sending the sheet uses the app.
