Build the whole day at a desk
Open a tab and start. Crew and cast, departments and roles, the run of day, locations and company moves, parking, meals, vehicles, weather, and the safety notes that belong at the bottom of the page.
A full screen and a real keyboard are the right tools for a forty-line crew list, and until now CallSheet did not offer them. Building is free, the same as it is in the app, and stays free however many call sheets you make.
Send it and watch it land
Every recipient gets their own private link and the current PDF by email. Nobody on the crew installs anything, makes an account, or remembers a password.
Then you see who opened it and who confirmed, before call time rather than after it. Sending is the part a subscription covers.
Move one call time, wake one person
A call time moves at ten at night. Resending the whole sheet resets every confirmation you had collected, and picking recipients by hand is how somebody gets missed.
CallSheet works out who the change actually touches and preselects only them, showing each person the exact line that moved. Everyone else keeps the confirmation they already gave you. Nothing sends by itself.
One account, one subscription
If you already subscribe on the iPhone, choose Sign in with Apple and use the same Apple ID. Your call sheets, your send history and your confirmations are already here. There is no second bill and nothing to move.
If you have never used CallSheet, an email address and a password are enough. There is no iPhone anywhere in that path.
Two surfaces, one call sheet
The browser is the desk. The app is the location.
Both write to the same sheet, so you can start in one and finish in the other. This is what each is better at, including the places the browser is not.

Questions about CallSheet in the browser.
Do I need an iPhone to use CallSheet now?
No. The browser app is built and used with an email address and a password, on any computer. The iPhone app is still there and still does things the browser cannot, but it is no longer a requirement.
Is this a different subscription?
No. One subscription covers both. If you already pay through the App Store, sign in with the same Apple ID and your entitlement comes with you.
What does the browser version not do?
It cannot import cast and crew from Apple Contacts, and Sun Path over satellite imagery is native to the app. It also assumes a connection, where the app keeps working with one bar of signal on a location.
Do my crew need an account?
No, and they never have. Each person gets a private link and the current PDF. They open it, read it, and confirm, with no app and no password.
What is free and what is paid?
Building a call sheet is free. A subscription covers sending, at $7.99 a month or $59.99 a year, with a seven day free trial on either plan.
