The same call sheet, built where the work happens.
Build and save at a desk
Use a keyboard to enter crew, cast, roles, personal call times, the run of day, locations, company moves, meals, vehicles and safety notes. Paste crew rows from CSV or tab-separated text. Browser weather is entered manually.
Drafting and a branded PDF are free. Browser Save stores the sheet and its selected contact details in your account before you send anything. Keep a connection while working; offline local drafts belong to the native apps.
Add production, client and agency logos to the fixed PDF layout. PDF, JPEG and PNG files share a limit of 20 files and 4 MB combined, including logos. The call sheet PDF is generated separately.
Send a private crew link
With CallSheet Pro, email each selected recipient a private link. Crew open the call sheet, download the current PDF and selected files, and confirm or decline without an account. Call-sheet emails contain the link, with no attachments.
Track email delivery, link views and explicit responses as separate states. A delivered email is not a confirmation. Pro also removes the Made with CallSheet line from the PDF.
After the shoot, a browser Wrap Sheet emails a thank-you and invoice instructions to selected people on the current call sheet. The native Wrap Sheet can combine multiple shoot days. Neither collects invoices or pays crew.
Review a targeted update
Change a personal call time and CallSheet identifies the affected recipients. Review the selected people and message before sending. Unaffected recipients keep their confirmation. Nothing sends by itself.
A sheet created in the native app keeps its native PDF. If browser edits make that PDF out of date, sending stops until you refresh the published sheet from the native app, or duplicate it as a browser-authored sheet and review a newly generated PDF. A duplicate is a separate sheet and does not carry its files or send history.
Use the same account
For an Apple account, choose Sign in with Apple and use the Apple ID you used in CallSheet. For an email account, use its email and password. Pro belongs to that account; opening the browser does not require a second subscription.
Native drafts stay on the device until you explicitly publish. Published sheets, send history and confirmations are available through the cloud account. Restore or replace a native copy explicitly; unsent local edits, the Crew Directory, Production Library and editable site-map marks do not continuously sync.
On browser-authored sheets, the owner can invite an Editor or Viewer. Neither role can send or invite more people. Pro Duo is a separate two-account plan, not the same as a sheet invitation.

The browser is the desk. The app is the location.

Questions about CallSheet in the browser.
Do I need an iPhone?
No. CallSheet also has iPad and Mac apps. We recommend starting with the native app, then signing into the browser with the same account. Existing email accounts and direct or invitation-based browser registration work without an iPhone.
Is this a different subscription?
No. Sign in to the same account to use its CallSheet Pro entitlement. An Apple account uses Sign in with Apple; an email account uses its email and password. A separately created account will not automatically inherit another account’s purchase.
Can I finish a native sheet in the browser?
You can open and edit a published native sheet, but the browser cannot rebuild its native PDF. After an edit changes the PDF content, refresh the published sheet from the native app or make a browser duplicate and review its new PDF before sending. A duplicate starts a separate sheet without the original files or send history.
Do my crew need an account?
No. Each recipient gets a private link to read the sheet, download its PDF and files, and confirm or decline. The email itself has no attachments.
What is free and what is paid?
Drafting and a PDF with a Made with CallSheet line are free. Pro removes the line and adds sending, tracking and native cloud backup and restore. US Pro prices are $7.99 monthly or $59.99 annually. Eligible new subscribers can receive a seven-day trial; check the purchase screen for your offer and renewal terms.
Are shot lists and Ready to Wrap included?
Shot List and Ready to Wrap are not available from the normal native app screens. Browser planning options depend on the offers enabled for your account and are not included in the core Pro promise. The available Wrap Sheet is the separate thank-you and invoice-instructions email described above.
