The production decision

The dangerous version is the one a recipient reasonably believes is current.

A new attachment can sit beside the old one. A text can be separated from the document. Updating the recipient's private link gives the person one place to reopen the current production information.

Questions about Call time change updates.

The call time moved thirty minutes. Do I edit every row?

No. Shift the entire production day at once and general call, meals, schedule items, personal calls, and estimated wrap move together.

What about people whose call is set relative to someone else?

Relative calls move with the thing they are anchored to. A call can be set relative to a department or to another person, so those follow automatically.

Who gets told about the change?

CallSheet selects the recipients whose information changed and shows you that list before sending.

Do I need to circulate a new PDF?

Publish the revision to the affected recipient. Their private page provides the published call sheet and PDF. Call-sheet email contains a link, not a PDF attachment; an earlier download does not update.
