Questions about Call sheets for small crews.

Is a call sheet app worth it for a crew of six?

A private recipient page, reviewed revision selection and a response list can be useful even for six people. If a fixed document meets the job, the free native PDF may be enough.

Do I have to set up a production department first?

No. Native local drafts, the editor, local Crew Directory and branded PDF export work before you sign in. The browser workspace requires an account and a connection.

Can I add people without importing my address book?

Yes. Add people manually. In the native app, the searchable Contacts picker reads on device with permission and retains only selected people; a system picker is the fallback when access is denied. Native apps also import vCard or CSV. The browser accepts pasted CSV or tab-separated rows.

What does it cost for an occasional shoot?

CallSheet Pro is $7.99 monthly or $59.99 annually in the US App Store. Eligible new subscribers can try Pro free for seven days. Native drafting and branded PDF export are free; Pro removes the Made with CallSheet line and adds sending.
