Questions about Production call sheet PDFs.

Can I export a call sheet as a PDF?

Yes. Native apps export a free PDF with a small Made with CallSheet line, without an account. Pro removes that line and adds sending. Signed-in browser users can generate PDFs for browser-authored sheets; PDFs for edited native-origin sheets must be republished from the native app or created from a browser duplicate.

Is the PDF the same document the crew sees?

Recipients get both: the current PDF and a private link to the same call sheet.

Can I print or archive it?

Yes. It is a standard PDF you can print, file, or forward like any other document.

Does the PDF stay current after a revision?

A downloaded PDF stays as it was. The private page offers the current published PDF. Draft edits alone do not change it; publishing an update changes the shared document, even when only selected people receive a new email.
