CallSheet Founding Partner Terms

1. The commission

CallSheet records a flat $21 USD commission for the first paid annual charge in each qualified subscription chain.

A qualified subscription must:

• come through the partner's assigned Apple offer link or code;
• be a new annual CallSheet subscription;
• complete the trial and produce a successful first $59.99 annual charge through Apple;
• pass CallSheet's verification of the complete Apple transaction history; and
• remain valid and not refunded, revoked, duplicated, self-referred, controlled, or fraudulent.

Clicks, generic CallSheet links, monthly subscriptions, free trials that do not convert, renewals, later charges, Sandbox transactions, and family-shared purchases earn $0 commission.

2. Self-serve enrollment, attribution, and private access

A creator can begin self-serve enrollment at /partners/join by submitting a name, email address, and one public HTTPS channel URL. CallSheet sends a private email verification link that expires after 30 minutes. No Apple offer is reserved or assigned when the form is submitted or the email is sent.

After opening a valid verification link, the creator must accept this exact terms version and the required disclosure duty before requesting activation. Available creator-specific Apple offers are assigned first-verified-first-served in one atomic activation step. If no attributable offer remains, CallSheet issues no creator link and provides no generic or untracked substitute.

Apple's verified offer identifier and complete signed transaction history are the sources CallSheet uses to assign a subscription to a partner. Each partner must use only the public link and Apple code CallSheet assigns.

CallSheet does not promise credit when the assigned link or code was not used. A generic trial or App Store link never earns partner commission.

Expired, revoked, superseded, and unknown verification links do not create a partner account or Apple offer assignment. A pending self-serve enrollment record becomes cleanup-eligible after 24 hours and is deleted by the protected hourly cleanup, giving it an operational retention ceiling of 25 hours while scheduled cleanup is running.

The private portal link is a passwordless capability. Anyone with that link may view the partner's earnings and begin Stripe payout setup. The partner must keep it private. The partner can recover private portal access through the same email-verified enrollment form; completed recovery replaces the previous private portal link without changing the public creator link or Apple offer assignment.

3. Reporting and payment

The private CallSheet creator portal shows the native commission statement, Apple verification state, Stripe readiness, and transfer status.

• Minimum transfer: $10 of positive available balance.
• Availability: A verified commission becomes available after its calendar month closes, at 00:00 UTC exactly 30 days after the first day of the following month. For example, a commission earned in July becomes available August 31 at 00:00 UTC.
• Readiness: The partner must complete the required Stripe-hosted identity, bank, and tax-detail setup before an eligible balance can be transferred.
• Tax review: Stripe readiness is not legal or tax approval. The CallSheet owner must review the current authoritative Stripe tax record for the current tax year before transfer.
• Approval: The CallSheet owner manually reviews and approves the exact available balance for every transfer. Transfers are not automatic.
• Fees: CallSheet absorbs ordinary payout-processing fees it directly incurs. Taxes and fees imposed on the partner's own account remain the partner's responsibility.

An owner-approved CallSheet payment is a Stripe Transfer to the partner's connected Stripe balance. Transferred to Stripe does not mean the money reached the partner's bank. Stripe may deliver the connected balance to the partner's bank on Stripe's standard schedule; CallSheet does not create, schedule, or trigger that bank payout.

If Apple refunds or revokes the qualifying charge before transfer, its related $21 commission is reversed. If the reversal occurs after transfer, the amount becomes a negative carry-forward against future earnings. CallSheet does not debit the partner's bank and does not automatically reverse a Stripe transfer.

The partner is responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to Stripe and for the partner's own tax obligations. CallSheet does not choose a tax form or provide tax advice.

4. Promotion rules

The partner must:

• make the relationship clear near every promotion by saying, “I earn a commission if you subscribe through this link” or using an equally clear disclosure;
• describe personal experience honestly;
• use current product facts and pricing supplied by CallSheet; and
• follow the rules of the social platform, email provider, Apple, and applicable law.

The partner must not:

• make false product, income, availability, or performance claims;
• buy CallSheet trademark search ads or impersonate CallSheet;
• send spam, use misleading redirects, stuff cookies, automate fake traffic, or manipulate attribution;
• refer the partner's own purchase or a controlled account;
• offer an unauthorized rebate, discount, giveaway, or incentive; or
• use customer or production information obtained through CallSheet.

5. Relationship and program changes

The partner is independent and is not a CallSheet employee, agent, or exclusive representative. There is no posting quota or exclusivity requirement.

Either side may stop future participation. CallSheet will preserve and pay valid approved commissions earned before the effective stop date, subject to refunds, fraud review, payout readiness, owner tax review, and these terms.

CallSheet may change future commission terms with written notice. A change does not reduce a valid commission already earned under the accepted version. The program does not promise lifetime rates, minimum earnings, creator-slot availability, or continued availability.

6. Records, privacy, and questions

Complete Apple transaction history and the native CallSheet commission ledger control reconciliation. A partner should report a suspected error with the customer transaction date and the relevant portal entry, not customer identity, payment credentials, or an Apple transaction number.

CallSheet may pause a disputed, suspicious, or incompletely verified commission while the underlying records are reviewed.

CallSheet retains affiliate creator/agreement, Apple transaction, attribution, commission, tax-review, transfer, and audit records for seven years after the final financial event or dispute. After that period, CallSheet deletes or anonymizes those records where legally permitted.

CallSheet never stores the raw creator email. It transmits the raw creator email to Resend only to deliver the verification or recovery message. It transmits the raw creator email to Stripe only when the creator explicitly initiates payout setup and the keyed digest matches. The creator enters identity, tax, and bank details on Stripe-hosted pages; CallSheet does not store those details.

Stripe receives creator identity and payout information for the connected account. CallSheet does not send Stripe a customer's email, contacts, app account token, signed Apple payload, or Apple transaction ID.
